350 gtofu; small cubes
1 teaspoonfermented soybean; minced
2 TABLEspoonschilli bean paste (25g)
0.5 teaspoonsugar
1 sliceginger; finely chopped
2 clovesgarlic; minced
100 mlwater
1 teaspoonflour; mix with water
Spring onion; fine segments

Stir-fry chilli bean paste and chilli oil

Add fermented soybeans, garlic and ginger, and mix well

Add sugar and water, and mix well

Add tofu and gently mix well
5

Add flour water to thicken the sauce
6

Add spring onion before serving
