Steps

Take the steak out of the fridge 15 minutes before cooking, then liberally season with salt and pepper on both sides

Add some oil to a pan, once heated add the steak, clove of garlic and sage. Cook for 3 minutes in each side.

Place the steak on a plate to rest for 5 minutes, then add the mushrooms to the pan, along with some salt, pepper, a sprinkle of oregano and half a teaspoon of butter. Serve with steak and salad and enjoy!
