Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 3 1/3 pounds(about 1.5 kg) calamari
  • All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Corn oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and clean the calamari, then cut into rings. Pat dry and season with salt and white pepper.

  2. 2

    Place flour on a plate and dredge the calamari rings well.

  3. 3

    Heat corn oil in a medium-sized pot until hot. Fry the calamari in batches until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Serve with lemon.
