Easter Half Fry Egg

In a non-stick pan heat 1/2 tsp oil. Crack an egg. Break it directly onto hot pan and cook until the white edges become crisp, but the yolks remain soft. You can also cover with lid for 1 min.

Gently remove the half fry egg on a plate.
On Yolk very carefully place Kalonji as eyes as shown in picture.
Cut carrot slice and make a legs and beak of it. Gently place carrot legs and beak as shown. - 3
Decorate half fry egg to look like a Chick and serve it.
While serving, sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of the egg.
