No Sauce, Delicious Cold Fried Chicken Tenders

I learned that mayonnaise can be used as an oil for stir-frying, so I used it to make my usual chicken tenders.

These will cook faster if you cut the chicken into sticks, and you can fry them in a small amount of oil in a frying pan while flipping them. This is nicely flavored with the mayonnaise breading, and the garlic flavor keeps these soft and delicious even when cold. I recommend using fine bread crumbs. You can also substitute dried basil for parsley. Recipe by pappatyan

Ingredients

  1. 3Chicken tenderloin
  2. 1Salt and pepper
  3. 3 tbsp★Mayonnaise
  4. 1 tsp★Grated Garlic
  5. 1 tbsp★Sake
  6. 1◎ Panko
  7. 1◎Grated cheese
  8. 1◎Dried parsley
  9. 1a small amount of frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the sinews from the chicken tenderloins, cut into easy-to-eat sticks, and lightly season with salt and pepper. Mix the ★ ingredients together to make the mayonnaise breading.

    Place the cutlets from Step 1 into a plastic bag, add in flour (not listed) and shake until everything is evenly coated, brush off the excess flour, roll in the mayonnaise breading, and then coat with the ◎ bread crumb mixture.

    Add oil to a frying pan, fry the chicken from Step 2 evenly all over, and they are done.

    You can make these even crispier even if time passes by using a fruit and vegetable-based oil.
