Lightly drizzle sake over the chicken tenders and microwave for about 5 minutes. Cut the komatsuna greens into 5 cm pieces and blanch in salted water.

Add the sesame oil, salt, soy sauce, sake, and ground sesame seeds to a bowl and mix. Add the chicken tenders and komatsuna greens and mix well to combine.
