Ingredients

  1. 1heaping teaspoon Wasabi
  2. 4leaves Shiso leaves
  3. 2rice bowls-worth Plain cooked rice
  4. 2 tspsoy sauce
  5. 6 sliceBaked seaweed or flavored seaweed

Steps

  1. 1

    Dissolve the wasabi in the soy sauce (tube wasabi is also OK), and put the piping hot rice in a mixing bowl.

    Mix the soy sauce wasabi from step one with the rice.

    Finely shred the shiso leaves, and add to the ingredients from Step 2.

    Mix the ingredients together from Step 3, wet your hands with water (or salted water), and make the rice balls.

    Wrap the rice balls with seaweed.
