Stir Fry Sphagetti pasta

Loaded With Lots of veggies, Garlicky flavour, A complete balanced meal which is ready in 30 min only.
I prefer Sphagetti over noodles because it is made from Durum wheat or semolina but it takes little more time to cook.
Noodles usually made from Plain flour ( Maida) Which doesn't do justice to your stomach.
I would suggest Sphagetti over Noodles, Just Cook with your favourite vegetables, Sauces, herbs and Enjoy the healthy Meal❤️

First of all boil the Sphagetti as/ the instructions given on package, while boiling add oil and salt, Cook for about 8-10 min because Sphagetti takes a little more time, drain the water, rinse it off and keep the Sphagetti aside

Now take a non stick pan add some olive oil, butter then add in garlic, green chilli, onions and cook for 1 min till the onions and garlic leave a nice aroma

Then add chopped vegetables as bell pepper, capsicum, mushroom, or any other veggies you like to add, please don't overcook, main the crunch of vegetables.

Then add black pepper, salt as sausages like tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar etc.

Give a good stir and then add Sphagetti into it, cook for 1 min

Garnish it with some spring onions and enjoy hot.
