Ingredients

5 minutes
3-4 people
  1. 6 tbspchia seeds
  2. 2 cupsunsweetened coconut milk
  3. 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  4. 1/4th tsp nutmeg powder
  5. 1 tbsphoney (or sweetener of your choice)
  6. Chop some walnuts, almonds or other nuts for garnishing
  7. Chocolate syrup for garnishing

5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a Mason jar, dump all the ingredients together. Put the lid on and shake the mixture a few times to combine everything.

  2. 2

    Let it sit for 5 mins and then shake it again to break any clumps of chia seeds.

  3. 3

    Put the mixture in the fridge and let it sit overnight.

  4. 4

    While serving, garnish with some chopped nuts and drizzle some chocolate syrup.
