In a Mason jar, dump all the ingredients together. Put the lid on and shake the mixture a few times to combine everything.

Let it sit for 5 mins and then shake it again to break any clumps of chia seeds.

Put the mixture in the fridge and let it sit overnight.

While serving, garnish with some chopped nuts and drizzle some chocolate syrup.
