Chicken tikka samosa

Steps

In a pan add chicken mince, water and ginger/garlic paste and cook the mince till its cooked properly and completely dry.

In another pan add oil and saute onions for 3 minutes. Add in cooked mince along with tikka masala, black pepper and garam masala. Check the salt - if required add it. Mix it very well and cool it completely.

Add in coriander leaves, green chillies and mint leaves and mix.

Mix maida and water to make a slurry.

Now take samosa Patti and add fold it and fill filling and for binding use slurry.

Deep fry in medium hot oil on low flame till its golden and crispy.

Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
