Put the pan on gas and then put mustard oil in pan, then put paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli, cook for 2 minutes, then put onion (sliced) and cook for 5 minutes until it gets golden brown, then put Everest Meat Masala and Red Chill Powder,

Cook for 3-4 minutes, after that put tomato (chopped) in pan and cook for again 3-4 minutes. After that put boiled peas and salt and cook for 5 minutes. Lastly, put egg (inside portion) and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Egg Bhuji is ready to serve.
