Aromatic, healthy yet extravagant tasting, my much liked and easy-to-make vermicelli upma / pulao it is so delicious that you will make it again and again it is perfectly served for a brunch, breakfast or even weeknight meals. #weekorange #rainbowchallenge

Take a pan add oil, once oil is heated add cinnamon stick and saute, then add onions and fry until golden brown

Once onion in golden brown add green chillies, Ginger garlic paste and saute well, then add carrots and saute for 2mins

Now add capsicum and saute well, add salt
- 4
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute well, then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft and mushy

Once tomatoes are mushy, add water and allow it boil, once water comes to a boil add the roasted vermicelli and mix well with the masala

Mix well cover and cook 3 mins on medium flame, then add chopped coriander leaves mix well and cook 2 mins on low flame

Aromatic vermicelli upma/ pulao is ready to be served
