Genovese Sauce and Cheese Spring Rolls

I had leftover Genovese sauce... I also had leftover spring roll wrappers. I thought cheese would be nice with them and made spring rolls. They were quite good!
Adjust the amount of cheese and Genovese sauce. If you use too much it will be difficult to handle and taste quite salty.
You can fry them on a greased frying pan, or instead you can use an oven toaster without oil, for a healthier result. Recipe by John Lee Cooker

Steps
- 1
Cut the spring roll wrappers into 4.
- 2
Cut the sliced cheese into 8 (use more if you like!).
- 3
Spread the spring roll wrappers and place on each a portion of cheese. Put a teaspoon of Genovese sauce on top of each.
- 4
Brush the dissolved flour on both sides of the wrapper pieces (left and right sides in the photo) and fold the bottom up.
- 5
This photo shows Step 4. Brush the dissolved flour on the top side and fold the bottom onto the top.
- 6
This photo shows Step 5. Press gently both sides and the seam from Step 5 to stick.
- 7
Repeat this to make 8 spring rolls. If you want to freeze them, arrange them without overlapping in a container and freeze. After they are frozen, put them into a resealable bag! You can cook them on a frying pan without thawing them!
- 8
Heat a frying pan over a low-medium heat. Grease the pan with olive oil and arrange Step 7. Pan-fry until golden brown. After frying, place them on kitchen paper on a plate to drain the excess oil. Transfer to a serving dish and they're done!
