  • 1 cupOatmeal
  • 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  • 1/2Peanut butter
  • 1 cupSunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cupFlax seeds
  • 2 eachWhey powder scoop
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda (if baking)
  • 1/2 tspBaking powder (if baking)

    Mix dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add peanut butter and milk last

  3. 3

    Mix well

  4. 4

    For Pastry like bars, cook at 350 for 10 min. Final product is awesome with peanut/almond butter!

  5. 5

    For chewy bars, place in pan and refrigerate over night. They will have the texture if cliff bars and be slightly more flavorful than the baked version.

  6. 6

    20 carbs
    16 fat
