Moong ko saaf kar ke garam pani mein 1/2 an hour ke liye bhigo dain. Phir haldi daal ke gala lain.

Oil mein piyaz brown kar ke gosht, ginger garlic paste, tomato, namak, mirch, haldi, dhania daal ke bhonen aur pani daal ke gala lain.

Jab gosht aur moong gal jaen to unhe mix kar lain thora pani aur green chilli daal ke 10 mint pakayen.

Moong gosht ko baghaar lain. Roti aur chawal ke sath serve karen.
