Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe is simple to make that yields yummy golden brown cookies that are crispy at edges, soft and gooey at center, exploding with chocolate chips.
Here are few must to follow instructions to get perfectly baked cookies.
1. Butter and eggs should be at room temperature.
2. Fluff up the flour in the container and then spoon flour into measuring cup and scrape off the top for accurate measure. Do not tap the flour in measuring cup.
3. Sift dry ingredients to remove any lumps. 4. Use a trigger release ice cream scoop for equal size cookies.
5. The key to bake perfect cookies is to take the cookies out from the oven just before they look like they are done baking. They should be golden at edges and still appear slightly moist in the center. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
