  • 1chopped mango
  • 3/4 cupMilk
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tspchia seeds
  • 7-8ice cubes
  • as per taste Honey/sugar (optional)

    Soak Chia seeds in 1/4cup water for half an hour

  2. 2

    In a mixer jar Add curd,mango,milk & ice cubes.

    Churn well.

  4. 4

    In a serving glass add ice cubes, 2tsp chia seeds & pour the purée.Garnish with chia seeds.

    Mix well & enjoy the chilled healthy,weight loss mango smoothie.
