  1. 2, 7oz cans Kirkland premium chunk chicken breast
  2. 1Fuji apple, diced
  3. 1 cupred seedless grapes, quartered
  4. 1 1/2 cupsdiced celery
  5. 1/2 cupdiced onion
  6. 4 Tbspolive oil mayonnaise
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tsppepper
  9. 1 tspyellow curry powder

    Combine ingredients and mix together thoroughly

    Serve with crackers, croissants, or alone.

    If you like your chicken salad a little “wetter,” add more mayonnaise
