Cut the okhara's into roundels, then take a kadhaiya and add oil and on the gas. Once the oil gets heated then add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoedia, turmeric powder, ginger paste. sauté for a minute.

Now add garlic, green chillies, onions and cut okhara and mix well. cover the kadhaiya and let it cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes.

Take off the cover, and mix well as okhara is cooked well and now add tomatoes and mix well and cover to let it cook for another 3 minutes.

Now add gram powder or besan and let it fry with the okhara till it leaves its raw smell and gets nicely roasted.

Now take a bowl and take curd and add salt to taste and mix it well and little water and make a thick paste

Now add the curd to the Okhara stirred along with 1 glass of water and mix well and add another 1/2 glass of water and mix well and bring it to boil.

Once the kadhi starts boiling, add seasoning of salt and mix well and let it boil and cook well till it turns thick.
