Ingredients

1 pastry case
  • 250 g00 flour
  • 3eggs
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 25 ggrated hard cheese - I used pecorino
  • Thinly chopped rosemary
  • Seasoning - if required

Steps

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl to a smooth ball, cover in cling film and rest for about 30 minutes in the fridge before using in your recipe.
