This is a simple recipe that works for any leafy greens.
As a side or with pasta.

Heat the oil on a medium heat in a pan with a lid for later. Add the garlic(s). Sauté for a minute or two.

Add the stalks of the cima di rapa. Sauté for 2 mins.

Add the leaves + a sprinkle of water. Put the lid on and let the leaves wilt. This will take a minute or two.

If you’re having with pasta, add a splash of the pasta cooking water at this stage.

Squeeze in the lemon juice. Sprinkle the lemon zest on top and serve.
