Khandvi (Gujarati: ખાંડવી khāṇḍvī), also known as Patuli, Dahivadi or Suralichi Vadi (Marathi: सुरळीची वडी), is a savory snack in Maharashtrian cuisine as well as in Gujarati cuisine of India.

Steps

Take a bowl fresh whisked curd salt green chilli paste turmeric powder add water blend all ingredients well

Take a board pan turn on flame stir and cook until dense turn off flame

Take any plate or tray keep it up side down put batter on the edge of it spread it over keep a side for 5 to 6 minutes

Cover and keep rest of the batter

One cool lift the khandvi form the edge with knife then roll with fingers make all khand we roll like wise

For tadka heat the tadka Pan add oil once hot and black mustard seeds turn off the flame add finely chopped coriander leaf

Garnish with fresh grated coconut and coriander leaves
