Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 pieceChicken thighs
  2. 1 dashPlain flour
  3. 2 tbsp●Sugar
  4. 2 tbsp●Sake
  5. 2 1/2 tbsp●Soy sauce
  6. 1to 2 tablespoons ●Mirin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper, dredge with flour and pan fry with oil until both sides are crispy.

  2. 2

    Pat the excess oil off with a paper towel, and add sugar, sake, soy sauce and mirin in a pan.

  3. 3

    Cover with a lid and cook for couple minutes until the sauce is the right consistency.
