Kachalo Mian

#joy
When my daughters and me are in love with Aloo then we did different experiments on Aloo.
This recipe is inspired by street food. We mostly use word kachalo for fruit chats or Aloo chats. Secondly, my daughters favourite poem is "Aloo Mian Kahan Gaye Thy". So the new name is originated Kachalo Mian. I m blessed to have daughters, so we did so much fun and do experiments on food, obviously of their choices. They are my taster too 😂 . Their smiles are shine of our house.
Tip:
Always add yogurt and chutneys before serving.
