  • Irish potato
  • Egg
  • Vegetable oil
  • Scotch bonnet and onion
  • Seasoning and pinch of salt
  • Ketchup

    Add a pinch of salt to your already peeled and sliced potato, then fry into a deep fat(vegetable oil)

  2. 2

    Break egg into a bowl. Add onion and scotch bonnet with seasoning and then whisk. Dizzle oil into frying pan and fry... Sprinkle some little ketchup..
