I had two leftover mini sausages from last time... No need to waste them—here’s a quick street food-style snack!

Fill a small saucepan with just enough water to cover the sausages. Bring the water to a boil, then add the sausage and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Place the sandwich bread on a plate, put the sausage on top, and lightly moisten the bread with a little of the hot water.

Add ketchup, mustard, and sweet relish. Enjoy!
