Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1large head (*about 300g) Broccoli *cut into small florets, thick stem sliced
  2. 1 cloveGarlic *optional, finely chopped
  3. 1 tablespoonOil of your choice
  4. 2 pinchesSalt
  5. 2-3 tablespoonsWater
  6. 250-300 gSmoked Sausages *Today I used Kransky

Steps

  1. 1

    Drizzle Oil over a large frying pan and arrange Broccoli pieces. Sprinkle with Garlic, Water and Salt. Arrange Sausages, cut in half if large, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for a few minutes.

    When the Water in the pan is evaporated, remove the lid and stir-fry until slightly browned. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy with your favourite sauce.
