Simmer the sannen-bancha tea. I simmer it for 15 minutes, then let it sit for 15 minutes. Grate the daikon and the ginger.

Put the grated daikon, ginger, and soy sauce in a cup that holds 400 ml, then pour in the hot tea. Drink up while hot.

After drinking, rest well under warm blankets. Warmth will help you sweat, which will promote healing

Drink 200 ml of this tea as a remedy for back troubles, stiff shoulders, hives, eczema, or to break down animal proteins.
