First wash n soak poha for 5 minutes.then mash flattened rice with hand... make bread crumbs or bread slices n add it too flattened rice

Now add all chopped vegetables n soya sauce n salt to taste n mix well n make dough

Now take cornflour n make slurry of it too dip the tikki. n spread vermicelli in flat plate

First make round tikki of dough n dip it in slurry n coat it with vermicelli n shallow fry to in nonstick pan.

You can skip the cornflour slurry step n add cornflour directly too the dough mixture

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney
