Grilled Korean bbq wraps
Simple and quick version of the real thing that you can whip up on a weeknight.
Steps
- 1
Cut steak into strips and let sit in marinade for 1h at least. (The longer the better)
- 2
Prepare grill with foil or parchment below. Grease grill. Start making rice in rice cooker.
- 3
Put meat on grill and bake at 200 degrees celcius for about 10 minutes.
- 4
Fry some garlic for the side. (also any other veggies you would like - I did bok choy in soy sauce)
- 5
Check meat. Maybe turn up a bit near the end to get a nice crispy outside.
- 6
Wrap meat in a price of lettuce with garlic and sauce.
- 7
If you cannot find the Korean Marinade, I've used this one as well.(1/4cup olive oil, 1/4cup water, 1tsp oregano, 1 tbsp parsley, 2 gloves garlic, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1tsp salt 1tsp pepper.) Different flavour, less Korean, but still good
