Yam akara
A very nice recipe for iftar......
Steps
- 1
Pill your Yams and grate them
Check the image to see the side you need to use for the grating
Ensure your cut your Yams Into big slices for easy grating
Yams are very easy to grate - 2
After grating, add your Maggi, salt,pepper and onions
I used dry pepper but you can use fresh pepper
Note: you can add garlic,ginger,tumeric or curry, mashed meat or fish etc - 3
Make it into a ball shape or use tablespoon to fetch and fry it starting from a low heat to medium heat until golden brown
Enjoy your yam akara with pap of your choice.....
