Lamb Chops

I wanted to make a sweet, tart and light sauce to my tastes that would go with sautéed lamb. I was satisfied with the result and uploaded the recipe.
This is a simple and delicious recipe that doesn't really have any tricks.
Cook the lamb to your taste, just try not to completely overcook it.
The photo shows the lamb paired with ratatouille. I sprinkled over some finely chopped parsley to finish. Recipe by Kechauru recipe

Steps
- 1
Season the lamb with salt, pepper and whatever herbs you like (I used rosemary).
- 2
Combine the ● ingredients to make a sauce and warm it gently in the microwave until the butter has melted.
- 3
Meanwhile, sauté the lamb in a frying pan greased with a thin layer of oil. Or bake for 5-9 minutes.
- 4
Serve on a plate with some vegetables and pour over the sauce from Step 2 to finish.
