Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 8 ozPackage egg noodles
  • 1/2 cupChopped onion
  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 8 ozButton mushrooms whole
  • 1/4 cupFlour
  • 2 cupMilk
  • 1Salt and pepper
  • 2 canTuna
  • 1 cupFrozen peas
  • 3 tbspBread crumbs
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 cupShredded cheese
  • 1 cupChopped carrots

Steps

  1. 1

    Butter baking dish and preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    Cook egg noodles to al dente

  3. 3

    With 2 tbsp butter sauté onion, garlic, carrots and mushroom

  4. 4

    With 4 tbsp butter in sauce pan mix in flour til smooth and add in milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in peas, mushroom mix carrots and al dente noodles.

  5. 5

    Add mix to baking dish and top with bread crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter and cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake 25 min at 375
