Butter baking dish and preheat oven to 375

Cook egg noodles to al dente

With 2 tbsp butter sauté onion, garlic, carrots and mushroom

With 4 tbsp butter in sauce pan mix in flour til smooth and add in milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in peas, mushroom mix carrots and al dente noodles.

Add mix to baking dish and top with bread crumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter and cheese.

Bake 25 min at 375
