Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined then store in an airtight container until its needed. Can be used with chicken, pasta sauces, vegetables and dipping oils, pizza sauces, soups and many more dishes.

To dry the lemon: zest it first and then spread peel on a baking sheet. Place in a preheat oven on low temperature for 60-70 minutes. When completely dried and cooled mix with the Peppercorns and salt in a processor until well mixed. Same process applies if using dried ingredients. Transfer and store in an airtight container. Can be used with seafood, fish, chicken and vegetables.

Add all the ingredients in a jar and shake well, store in a cool dry place. (1 tsp per chicken piece).

Mix all the ingredients together well and store in an airtight container. Especially good with chicken and pork but can also be used with fish, seafood, beef and lamb.

Mix all the ingredients together to make the pumpkin pie spice and store in an airtight container when well mixed.

To make taco seasoning, place all ingredients in a jar or container and shake well. Store for upto 6 months in an airtight container. Great with any dish.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool dry place for upto 6 months. Can be used in stocks, soups and stews.

Combine all the ingredients either in a bowl through mixing with a spoon or in a glass jar by shaking. Store mix up to 2 months. (Enough for 12 steaks). Can be used on any meat and especially good for grilling.

Mix all the ingredients to form the Mexican Spice mix. Then transfer and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Shake again before using. Can be used in many different dishes including in chilli, beef, pork, or chicken.

Place all ingredients into an airtight container and shake well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Store for up to six months. Shake before use. Can be use in just about anything but its especially good with rice, meats and stews.

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl or in an airtight container i.e. jar and shake well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Store in a cool, dark place for upto 3 months. (Makes just over 1 cup). Again can be used on just about anything but its especially good with gumbo, jambalaya, broiled shrimp and crawfish, blackened fish dishes and french fries and sauces

Mix all ingredients evenly, then store the all-purpose rub in an airtight container in a cool and dry place for upto 6 months (makes about 3/4 cup). As the name states on all grilling meats.

Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container until needed. Good in any type of cooking. Great with meat and poultry and chilli's and soups.
