Deep the daal in water go 2 hours ago & wash the chicken very rarely.....

Add the water,daal,chkn and all spices in cooker cvr it for 15mint....

When the chkn cook draw the chkn in plate....Separate the fried chicken from the bones and lightly chop in chopper

Now dry the daal in low falme...

1st mint coriander leaves,green chili grind in the galander after add onion & daal in the galnddr grind them...

Now add chkn in daal mixtture and mix well....

Keep plastic paper in plastic lid or circle shaper made shami kabab in normal size......

Keep them on plastic paper And keep them in the fridge Once frozen, put it in the box and freeze again.If you want to fry them,deep in egg and put them into oil and fry it......
