200 gmcarrot
1 tspsalt
1/4 tspcarom seeds
1/4 tspblack pepper Powder
1/2 tspchat masala
1/2 tspcumin powder
2 tspvinegar

Peel carrots and cut them into slices.

Now add salt, black pepper Powder,chat masala and cumin powder.

Add vinegar and toss it.

Pickle is ready to serve.
