Boil milk in a pan. Bring one boil and add vinegar stir cont. Add sugar stir on mid slow flame.

Now add dark chocolate and cinnemon powder and milk powder stir continueosly. Till it thick consistancy. And reduce water. Turn off flame.

Grease tin with ghee.And transfer Mixture.Allow it to cool on room temp.Set in a fridge for 1-2hr. And cut in to pieces. Garnish plate with chocolate sauce arrange chocolate cinnemon kalakand piece.garnish with pistachio and cinnemon stick. Delicious Choco Cinnemon Kalakand is ready to serve.
