Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 1/3 cupcocoa powder
  • 1/4 cveg oil or 2/3c melted butter
  • 1 cupsugar or less to your taste
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • Chocolate sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix veg oil, sugar and eggs in a clean bowl using a hand whisk. Till sugar dissolves

    Add in vanilla essence

    Sift in the dry ingredients listed above

    Mix all ingredients together to obtain a batter. Pour in a pan lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25min

    Pour the chocolate sauce when completely cool and cut into your preferred shapes

    Refrigerate before serving or serve immediately
