In a bowl add milk and vinegar and keep a side for 5 minute.

Preheated microwave at 170 degrees. Grease cake tin and spread some flour into mould and keep a side.

In a bowl add whole wheat flour,baking powder and baking soda and sieve all dry ingredients.

In a bowl add butter or oil mix powder sugar and beat until combined well.

Now add milk and vinegar mix.Now add dry ingredients and mix well with spatula in same direction.

Pour batter into greased cake tin.spread tutti frutti and chopped dry fruit over it and place it into preheated microwave at 170 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Check with toothpicks if clear remove it from microwave and place on wire rack for cool completely.

Now demould it and cut into desired pieces and garnish with chocolate syrup and enjoy it any time with tea or coffee or can pack for picnic.
