Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. For the Chilli Nam Jim Jaew Sauce
  2. 2 TspDry Chilli Flakes
  3. 6 TspFish Sauce
  4. 2 TspCaster Sugar
  5. Fresh Squeeze juice from 1 lime (can use 2 Tsp bottled if not available)
  6. 1 TspPalm Sugar (if cannot find use soft brown sugar or more caster)
  7. 1 TspToasted ground sticky rice (optional)
  8. 2 TspWarm Water
  9. 1Finely chopped top of spring onine (optional)
  10. HalfSmall red onion finely Sliced (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put Everything in a bowl and Mix about 30 mins before serving or anytime up to a day before and leave in Fridge.

    Use more or less of anything to personal taste - I love this SPICY

    Put with Grilled Beef Chicken Pork....... well anything really :)

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
