Sweet Thai Chile Sauce Sweet Thai Chile Sauce
Lightly sweet, with a slight tang, and a punch in the face of heat (if you choose, and you should).I ran into this recipe a long time ago, and I’ve been devouring it ever since. I’ve probably had more people ask for this recipe than any other, and I go through this stuff like it’s going out of style. My favorite way to eat this sauce is when it’s drenching sticky Calrose rice. Nothing more, just rice and this killer sauce. Blake at 350 -

Sweet and spicy chilli sauce Sweet and spicy chilli sauce
This is a sweet yet spicy tomato sauce that I like to add to my chilli. You could put it on anything you wanted too really but it's a really good fit when mixed into a chilli I think. If you don't want the sweetness to it simply substitute the 9 roma tomatoes with 4 beefsteak tomatoes and leave out the brown sugar entirely. When prepping the peppers don't include the bell peppers' seeds into the mixture however, do include the habanero seeds. Ticsen Vorel -

How to Make a Homemade Thai-style Sauce for Chilled Noodles How to Make a Homemade Thai-style Sauce for Chilled Noodles
I try different toppings and sauces for chilled noodles as we often eat them in summer and we don't want to be tired of them! Sometimes we prefer them to our usual Chinese-style chilled noodles. With plenty of lime and lemon juice, you can get a lot of vitamin C and you can get through a hot summer.Sourness and sweetness vary according to the different makes of chilli sauce. Adjust the amount of honey and vinegar. If you are not so keen on coriander leaves, use mitsuba instead. I like its fragrance and flavour. Serve with toasted sesame seeds and ra-yu, if you like. Asian-inspired Sweet & Spicy Garlic Sauce Asian-inspired Sweet & Spicy Garlic Sauce
This sauce is so simple and has a million different uses! Try it in a stirfry, as a marinade, on salads, as a dipping sauce and more! If a thin sauce is desired, omit the cornstarch and water from the recipe. Keep in mind that this sauce has a very concentrated flavor, so a little goes a long way. Izandro
