Cut the each bread slices into equal four pieces and keep aside

Heat the oil in pan on high flame

Combine besan salt red chilli powder and water to make smooth batter for pakoras

When oil is hot enough dip each piece into besan batter and deep fry them on medium flame till to golden and crisp

Serve besan pakoras with green chutney or tomato ketchup
- 6
