Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  • 6cheese cubes
  • 6samosa sheets
  • 2 tbsflour for batter
  • 2 tbswater
  • Cooking oil for deep fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Spread the samosa sheet on the counter put the cheese inside.

    Fold it and make triangle. Use flour batter to close it.

    Heat oil in a wok. Then fry it on medium heat.

    Let it golden brown then put on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Serve it hot.
