Creamy Mutton Masala with Poppy Seeds

#immunity
Poppy Seeds also known as Khus Khus are extremely beneficial in many ways. Zinc in Poppy Seeds contribute to a strengthened immune system and also promote growth of immune cells. These Seeds are rich in Calcium and Copper both of which are helpful in strengthening our bones.
In this lovely looking dish which is basically a Gravy, I have made it with Poppy Seeds paste. And thus it has turned out to be creamy and lusciuos. You will just love this absolutely delicious side dish that goes well with plain boiled Rice as well as Rotis. And it tastes awesome. Enjoy this creamy Gravy on any given day for important meals. This is my family's favourite and is often on my menu and made every Month. Let's get started then.

Steps
- 1
In a Pressure cooker, heat Oil and saute Onions until light golden in colour. Add Ginger garlic paste along with the rest of the spices mentioned and the Mutton Bone-in pieces. Fry all of that for about 5 minutes on a medium high heat.
- 2
Also don't forget to add half of the Coriander Leaves. Pressure cook with water as required for about 6-7 whistles.
- 3
Blend soaked Poppy Seeds into a smooth paste. Add it to the cooked Mutton. Mix well and simmer on a low heat until done. Adjust Salt and garnish accordingly. It's a Gravy, so remember that and adjust the consistency. Relish!

Enjoy this beautiful looking Gravy with your favourite Rice dishes or Breads of your choice.
