After lots of pakoras in Ramadan aftar ,sometime we need some change ,
So I make spring cutlets with spicy breadcrumbs coating.
Its delicious recipe inside cheesy soft and out side crunchy crispy.

Make chicken spring filling,
Follow the link below.
Add cheese in it. - 2
Knead them together make balls then press slightly and make cutlets.

Beat the eggs, dip the cutlet in egg then coated with bread crumbs, again in egg and again in bread crumbs.

Heat the oil on medium low flame, pour cutlets in oil, fry from both sides until golden brown.

Remove from oil put in kichen towel.
Serve hot with sweet n sour chutney.
