Peel the Irish potatoes, cut as shown & fry in hot vegetable oil, wash all the vegetables & slice as shown, pour in a frying pan,add the pulp, a little vegetable oil, seasoning,cube, spices, salt, curry & yaji.fry for 3mins.

Crack the egg in a bowl, add a little salt, garlic & mixed spices, whisk, & pour onto the mixture, reduce the flame & cover it for 2mins, use spoon to scramble the egg, add up the chips(fried Irish potatoes), stir & allow it for few mins.

Serve & enjoy.
