Take a bowl add suji and curd and mix it well.

Keep it rest for 20min. Then add salt as needed and water as required, again mix it well.

The batter should be neither thin or too thick but Must be of spreading consistency. Set this aside.

Now finally chopped all veggies (capsicum, onion & Tomato) then add salt and red chilli mix it well.

Heat a pan. Grease your pan well with few drops of oil. When the pan turn hot pour some prepared batter.

Spread it gently only a little. Immediately add cut veggies.

Press down with a wooden spatula. Pour oil and cook on a medium heat.

After a while you will see edges leave the pan gently with the help of spatula Filp it, cook on both the sides till filly down.

Now your instant Suji uttapam is ready to serve.
