Ingredients

  1. 1 litrewhole cow milk
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 1/4 cupthandai paste
  4. handful tutti frutti
  5. 2 Tspchopped pistachio
  6. 1 pinchsaffron

Steps

  1. 1

    In a heavy bottom pan add milk and milk powder and boil it until half.

  2. 2

    Add thandai.

  3. 3

    Add pistachio and saffron,tutti frutti.

  4. 4

    Let it cool.Transfer to kulfi mold and freeze for 3 hours.

  5. 5

    Enjoy to eat kulfi.
