Ingredients

  • 1 glassrice
  • 2 glasswater
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1/2 cupCauliflower
  • 1/2 cupPanner
  • handfulPeas
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspbiryanai masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it, add jeera. Once it crackle add vegetables, saute 2 to 4 minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add water and salt and pepper mix well.

  3. 3

    Close the lid and pressure cooker it for 3 whistles. Keep it in steam for 5 minutes, then open the lid.

  4. 4

    Now ready to eat biryani pulao.
