Ingredients

  • 1 bowl black gram boiled
  • 2onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2-3green chilli
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • To taste salt
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/3 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/3 tspcoriander powder
  • 3 tsp corinader leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan, add ghee and cumin seeds, ginger and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add onion, tomato and saute it. Add boiled gram water and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add boiled gram and Cook it for 3-4 minutes.

  4. 4

    Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it.
