Egg Malai curry is easy to cook recipe. It is a low spiced dish which tastes delicious and creamy without any cream.
Steps

Boil the eggs and cut into halves.

Roughly Chop the onions. Put the onions and green chillies into a blender and blend them to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan, add in the onion chilli paste. Cook in low flame till it changes colour.

Add in the ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes.

Now switch off the flame and add the milk. Stir continuously till the milk mix well with the masala.

Switch on the flame and let it boil.

Now add the spice powders (cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder) and salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Now place the egg halves. Yolk side down so that it can absorb the spices.

Cover and cook for 2minutes. Then turn the yolk side up and cook for another few minutes.

Add the coriander leaves, mix gently. Cover and cook till oil seperates.

Serve hot with Indian Breads.
